Billy immigrated from Guadeloupe at the age of 5, and was raised in Brooklyn, NY.  He came to Washington D.C. in 2004, to work for a member of Congress ... which drove him to Grassroots Activism and the Arts. 

He studied Ethics and Internationalism at American University.

 

Billy's passion for creativity led him to digital animation, and the founding of BBDigital, LLC.  He's worked on hundreds of creative projects, and spent 2015 - 2020 as an Editor/Producer at CNN.

 

Billy has experienced the inner workings of America's most powerful institutions first hand, and from several angles.  

He's had dynamic conversations with interesting people, from every slice of American life.

He wants to share, laugh, and learn from these stories.
